@maskIn case anyone is wondering, this is from World’s Finest, vol. 1, issue #295, originally published September 1983. You can find out more at this link (spoiler alert, since it tells you how it ends).
Funny thing is, there is a real-life Dr Karl Hagen, MD, but he’s a psychiatrist! (And in no way involved in any attacks on our satellites.)
