Below are a list of terms unique to ISM which help illustrate some of our more abstract ideas.
Ismism – the belief in the utility of provisional belief systems
Xism – the structure of a belief system, not necessarily with any content
Xist Dance – the creative process of just existing.
Ismet – the “luck” that comes to you when you’re fully aware
Arma – karma without the temporal aspect – instant karma basically. what you do affects you immediately
Spirence – spiritual and science – a scientific approach to spirituality
Loga – logical yoga
Metamodernism – the notion that progress exists but it has many possible paths
Megaphor – a huge overarching metaphor for life – any of the ISMs, or God, etc.
Paraphor – A functional metaphor.
Mentaphysics – the metaphysics that is inherent in the mind – the fact that the mind’s representation of reality is itself “supernatural.”
