Our logo represents several different symbols. Mainly and most obviously, it represents a wheel. Buddhism also uses a wheel as their main symbol, but ours is different in that the spokes don’t extend past the periphery. Ours is the type of wheel that one drives upon. In ISM, we see all our ministries as spokes leading to the same objectives, meaning and essential ideology. Like a wheel, we see ISM as a vehicle to help transport us towards greater understanding and growth.
Additionally, our logo also represents a starburst, bringing to mind the immensity of the universe and our humble place within it:

And the symbol “X” which represents the unknown variable of science:
We have a secondary logo as well, one which evokes the helix of DNA (the basis of all life) and again, the X of scientific variables, along with the yin yang of Daoism:
