Can I call Budoism “Ninjaism”?

It feels like one of those “all thumbs are fingers, but not all fingers are thumbs” sort of logic things. To say ninjutsu is part of budo, but that budo is an overall term, sounds similar to saying we can all fingers thumbs.
But… eh… I don’t know if it really matters. I’m just going to grab a beer.
